It was apparent that there is a great need within the Residential Lettings field for independent training, advice and consultancy. While the large corporate companies usually employ their own trainers and have extensive training and Human Resources Departments which they can utilise to provide the essential training, input of information and general back up which all staff need, I was aware that smaller independent companies did not have these facilities and in many cases had no idea where to go when they needed them.
What I aim to provide is an extensive programme of help, advice, training and consultancy within the industry for anybody that needs it but concentrating on the independent sector from one person organisations working from home up to large chains of independent agents.
